friday was nerve-wrecking and more
helen choo made the effort to tell us that we didn't do as well as previous years right before giving us our results. and then they gave out the JAE and poly booklets AND made us sit through a powerpoint slideshow telling us about the smartypants who had their bags filled to the brim with A1's before finally deciding that they'd do us a favour and just give us our results and be done with it

mm-hmm.

having a surname that falls in the last few characters of the alphabet wasn't all too ideal. i was biting my lips and curling my toes and clenching my fists whilst people around me were screaming or crying or doing whatever it is they were doing after seeing the purple slip. i was about to pee in my bloomers i swear

FINALLY it was my turn and ms heng had this strange expression i still can't quite decipher. but i think it's pride and joy cos she went "eleven, eva" (trust a lit teacher to still use alliteration but hmm i dont think it's intentional. ANYWAY)

OH MAAAAAAAN ! 11 points may not be something all that exciting to some but ay to someone who got 39 points at the end of sec3 this is really amazing aighttt
