the one with the halloween escapades

halloween is now officially over
i think last night was the best night i've had in vegas thus far,
and probably one the best halloweens for a bunch of U21 children
very PG, the night was

(i think i needed it, after a particularly slimy debacle that was entirely my fault.. that i'm not going to go into)

___

okay, out with the crummy
in with the blithe!

the day started with failed halloween costume hunting

(the photos today appear exceptionally large because some of the characters we took photos with were just too prize! prize prize prizeeee moments. the amount of photos in this post is quite ridiculous)

__

i didn't quite dress up per se,
but i wore all black, and T was in all white
we were supposed to be some sort of, um, color schemed team.

it was basically a magnificent night,
what with us, making a ruckus wherever we went

(note: helen was our hero of the night, our very own 6 of hearts. getting us into the vip line for the TI show, and being the ever-enthusiastic party starter that she is)

it started out relatively normally, eating at the treasure island buffet
but jesus h. christ - the amount of raw fish we consumed is a little embarrasing

__

i nearly burst a blood vessel laughing at louis,
who turned up in......

this.

HA HA HA HAHAHAHAHAHHAA!!

I KNOW. RIGHT?!
i think he was a bit posessed when he decided to wear that

we were literally snatching to get a photo with the man of the hour

(eric too, was a laughing scare with his scream mask. complete with glasses inside the mask, jeans and a striped shirt that was clearly visible from the back. oh..kay)

but the night only truly started when we saw..

MARIO AND LUIGI

holy crap, we were yelling and catcalling in the most unglam way, ever
i mean hello it was mario and luigi, holding budweisers, no less
they were game to take a zillion photos with us, and even whipped one out from their pullovers to snap a few with with the crazy asian chicks

there were so many moments that were fantabulistic,
and the album of halloween will be up soon
the whole night consisted of us, catcalling and laughing till tears formed, waving at other people who dressed up (and some who didn't) and being extremely obliging for photo ops when necessary.

never underestimate the power of 9 extremely festive girls
__

we managed to find a bride (really, i mean. not a costume)
and she looked fabulous, her wedding photographer took a photo of all our madness too

a couple that looked more european than france itself,
(but they're from.... california)

a dealer,
dressed as superman and an equally sporting player

devil-man, a cow, and banana-boy
(everyone say moo!)

HAHAHA. THE TOOTH FAIRY!
(who was determined to sprinkle his fairy dust on '3'. see the silver specks?)

haha i think they're the mortal kombat guys,
don't ask me how i know, i seemingly do. i was quite the arcade prowler in p6 thanks

__

went to a small party after,
which by then (for those of you who know) i was half asleep
i'm a 92 year old lady trapped in a short 18 year old's body.
i just want to crochet all day... and sleep.

anyway it was moderately fun

__

it was a good halloween,
i've never laughed quite so heartily since i've arrived here..
thank goodness for them:

happy halloween,
vegas style!

__

in the final curtain call
you left me here with the coldest of feelings
wake under pressure
blessing the floor with the places you step in
